Mariah Betts, E-RYT 500 hour
Mariah has been a student of yoga since 1998 and certified teacher since 2004. As an athlete and competitive ski racer, she found yoga as a way to gain greater body awareness and mental focus. She quickly recognized it was so much more through the sense of aliveness and joy she felt in the afterglow of practice. Mariah's passion for the medicine of movement and music, careful attention to alignment in action and commitment to accessing the energetic parts of our being through the physical practice of yoga, are all interwoven into her unique style of teaching. Her classes offer a safe, inspiring and light-hearted space for students’ to go deep in their practice with ease and to cultivate strength and flexibility of both mind and body.
Jaime Duncan, RYT, 200 hours
Jaime embraces the roles of teacher and eternal student, both in yoga and across various facets of life. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with CorePower Yoga and began as an inaugural instructor at the Tribeca studio. Drawing from her training and certification as a Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, Jaime approaches her teaching with an emphasis on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Jess has been a passionate student of movement her entire life and began teaching in 2021 after discovering how transformative mindful fitness and yoga could be. Jess holds a background in athletics, specifically in running and swimming, and has a love for creative, breath-driven movement. She holds certifications in HIIT, Lagree and 200HR Vinyasa Yoga. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that strength and softness can coexist. Jess’s classes invite students to move with intention, explore their edges, and leave feeling strong, grounded, and uplifted.
Marisa Gadoury, RYT 200 hours
Originally from Western Massachusetts, Marisa grew up practicing many variations of dance. Once that chapter closed, she started to practice Yoga to allow her to continue to create consistent movement. Fast forward 10 years later, she had a yearning to search for more, to understand the philosophy of Yoga and utilize the tools of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation to deepen her practice. Marisa traveled to Bali, Indonesia to complete a 4-week intensive teacher training with Bernd Windhofer and Mary Bugg. She now resides in Montauk, New York and is continuing on her yogic journey by acting as a mentee under Mariah Betts at Montauk OM.
Sara Intonato, E-RYT 500, level 2 authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher
Sara Intonato is a devoted practitioner and teacher of over 20 years. Sara finds solace on her yoga mat and meditation cushion. In addition to her passion for the ancient science of yoga, Sara's bold advocacy for her own child with autism led to her becoming a best-selling author, speaker, and coach for parents of children with ASD and other needs. She loves spending time in nature with her family and feels honored to call Montauk her home..
Jenna Walter, RYT 200hr
Jenna's teaching philosophy revolves around "Dream Weaver Rising," a fusion of the traditional eight-limbed yoga system, shamanic studies, and her journey through motherhood. Her yoga classes and teachings place a strong emphasis on the power of breath, serving as a potent tool to "reprogram" patterns in the body and mind, unlocking human potential. Jenna's guidance encourages balance between action and stillness, and she encourages practitioners to connect with their intuition to achieve alignment in body, mind, and spirit.
Amy Seminski, 200 RYT Laughing Lotus
After nearly 20 years of practicing yoga, Amy completed her 200-hour training at Laughing Lotus NYC to deepen her understanding of yoga’s philosophy and science. Teaching her first class sparked a passion to share her love of the practice with others. Her classes focus on breath, alignment, and mindful flow, encouraging students to move intelligently while connecting to their hearts. Inspired by the light she sees in others, Amy is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification to continue evolving both as a student and a teacher.
Seamus Tyson, E-RYT® 500 hr
Seamus grew up splitting his time in between New York City and the East End of Long Island. He continues to enjoy this balance between city and coastal life today. Prior to teaching yoga, he worked primarily as a Recording & Live-Event Music Engineer. He completed his first 500-HOUR Teacher Training in 2015 at Yoga Shanti NYC. Seamus has spent time in the full spectrum of yoga disciplines, all leading to his primary love for Vinyasa Flow Yoga. He continues to be dedicated to the study, practice, and teachings of yoga. Seamus’s classes are as fun as they are challenging. He teaches a Vinyasa Flow style, with a heavy emphasis on sequencing and music, alignment and flow, and an appropriate amount of inquiry into the practice of yoga.
Amanda Duckstein, Shadowbox Pilates
Amanda Duckstein is the founder of Shadowbox Pilates in Water Mill. With nearly 15 years of experience, she’s known for creating empowering, feel-good flows that help clients build strength and connection. Certified in pre/postnatal, neurological, and osteoporosis-focused Pilates, Amanda blends classical and contemporary methods for a dynamic, intelligent practice.
Mariah Ke'Olani, Kundalini Yoga
Mariah is a healer, guide, artist, and certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with a personal practice rooted in devotion and transformation since 2018. Trained by Siri Rishi Kaur, she has been sharing the practice of Kundalini Yoga since 2022, teaching classes in the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and Costa Rica. In addition to her work with Kundalini, Mariah is also a Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer, and Intuitive Consultant. She has a gift for sensing what her students need in the moment, offering creative and personalized guidance, uplifting encouragement, and deeply restorative meditations. Her classes are designed to help you feel grounded, clear, and more at home in your body.
