Mariah Betts

Mariah Betts, E-RYT 500 hour

Mariah has been a student of yoga since 1998 and certified teacher since 2004. As an athlete and competitive ski racer, she found yoga as a way to gain greater body awareness and mental focus. She quickly recognized it was so much more through the sense of aliveness and joy she felt in the afterglow of practice. Mariah's passion for the medicine of movement and music, careful attention to alignment in action and commitment to accessing the energetic parts of our being through the physical practice of yoga, are all interwoven into her unique style of teaching. Her classes offer a safe, inspiring and light-hearted space for students’ to go deep in their practice with ease and to cultivate strength and flexibility of both mind and body.

Ashley McGee, RYT 200 hour

Ashley McGee is a Yoga Instructor, Ceremonialist, and Retreat Leader. Her training is through premier studio, Yoga Shanti where she began studying with world-renowned teachers, Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee. Ashley resides in Montauk, New YorK.
Students and clients describe Ashley as a ray of light, her sessions as a transcendent experience, and her hands as safe, strong, intuitive and gentle.
Ashley is inspired by anatomical alignment and inquiry of the subtle. She creates an environment where participants have the time and space to feel the internal essence of the poses and to tune the body like a musical instrument. Her yoga classes integrate an Iyengar-based approach, vinyasa flow, meditation, unique (sometimes live) music, and (in some classes) mantra chanting with her harmonium (and other Indian instruments).

Jaime Duncan

Jaime embraces the roles of teacher and eternal student, both in yoga and across various facets of life. She completed her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with CorePower Yoga and began as an inaugural instructor at the Tribeca studio. Drawing from her training and certification as a Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, Jaime approaches her teaching with an emphasis on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Jessica Catarinacchio, Personal Trainer & Sculpt Instructor

Jess’ classes are a cross between pilates & hiit. From a young age, the fun and challenging feel from sports, especially swimming, showed her the importance of movement and community. The pandemic allowed time to find a way to better connect within and deep dive into what she loves most - music synced with movement. Fast forward a couple years, now a group instructor based in Westchester & Montauk, NY, the focus of her classes is a balance between powerful & playful

Sara IntonatoE-RYT 500, level 2 authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher

Sara Intonato is a devoted practitioner and teacher of over 20 years. Sara finds solace on her yoga mat and meditation cushion. In addition to her passion for the ancient science of yoga, Sara's bold advocacy for her own child with autism led to her becoming a best-selling author, speaker, and coach for parents of children with ASD and other needs. She loves spending time in nature with her family and feels honored to call Montauk her home.

Jenna Walter, RYT 200hr

Jenna's teaching philosophy revolves around "Dream Weaver Rising," a fusion of the traditional eight-limbed yoga system, shamanic studies, and her journey through motherhood. Her yoga classes and teachings place a strong emphasis on the power of breath, serving as a potent tool to "reprogram" patterns in the body and mind, unlocking human potential. Jenna's guidance encourages balance between action and stillness, and she encourages practitioners to connect with their intuition to achieve alignment in body, mind, and spirit. Visualizations, shamanic journeys, essential oils, and energy work enrich her classes and private sessions, creating a deeply healing and non-competitive yoga and healing format suitable for all.
