Tibetan Tones® Sound Meditations synchronizes the brain to sound waves that induce a state of mental & emotional well-being. As tension releases from the brain, we strengthen synaptic functioning, and in turn, facilitate our body’s ability to respond and its potential to self-heal.

Join Marguerite Nesteruk of Resonating Earth & Melodee Solomon for a transformative experience of Breathwork + Tea. This workshop will meld our love for breath and plants. Through the power of plants, Marguerite will guide participants with consciousness shifting and grounding herbal teas prior to and after the Breathwork session. She will also share her knowledge of the plant's medicinal qualities and their effects on our body, mind, and spirit. Melodee will guide an experience of intimacy with the energy body and self through the vehicle of the breath. This ancient pranayama practice is one of new realms of connection with existence via the individual, an experience of higher states of consciousness and a release of energy of all kinds. It is quite powerful, and shows each person who shows up for it a glimpse of the truth of their own nature; We are all Love embodied.
This workshop is an ode to living our true nature. The purpose of the tea is to bring you into your body, create a calm space, and complement the Breathwork experience. Please refrain from attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs as this is a sober event. We look forward to bringing this workshop to life with you.
This is a unique experience as Marguerite lives in California full time and Melodee resides in Brooklyn.
All teas are Organic and Caffeine-Free. The combination of Breathwork + Tea offers deep peace to all who participate.

Herbal Tea Ceremony & Sound Bath
Join Marguerite of Resonating Earth and Sound Healer Donna Nesteruk for an evening of self-love and care through the portals of our hearts. Participants will sit in the presence of medicinal plants and engage with their senses. While sipping on 3 different herbal teas, you will be guided with prompts and immersed in the healing tones of a sound bath. Guests will also learn about the powerful effects the plants have on our mind, body, & spirit. After being guided & educated you will create your own tea blends to enjoy in the comfort of your home. Guests will leave feeling nourished, informed, & connected more to themself &/or nature.
This is a unique experience being offered as Marguerite lives full time in California where she leads these experiences.
Price includes all necessary supplies. No experience is necessary. Must book by 9pm Wednesday August 23 due to tea preparations. Participants will not be sitting the whole time.
