OM FLOW

A creative moving meditation for the full body and mind. This fluid yoga practice is full of intention, repetition and breath leading to more advanced postures and stillness.

POWER FLOW

A challenging yoga practice built on the roots of Sun Salutations to increase physical strength and endurance, focus and flexibility. This practice is a faster pace, vigorous and dynamic.

SCULPT

Ashtanga Inspired Flow

This class is challenging, playful and guided by the breath. Based on the underlying philosophy and principles of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga system, every class will include; a full activation of the body, a clearing of the energetic channels, intentional breathing practices, and a deep experience of being.

Surfer Yoga

Originated by former professional athlete, Jimmy Minardi, Minardi Surfer Yoga is designed to complement and enhance an active lifestyle.  This ‘work-in’ phase of body conditioning incorporates dynamic and simple yoga poses   Each movement is carefully formulated to enhance flexibility, improve stability, posture and mental focus, increase the flow of oxygen to blood cells and build overall body strength – all integral to maximizing performance while minimizing potential injuries through any athletic endeavor.
